School Plans

Each year, the staff at Allatoona updates and revises its School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Parent Involvement Plan (PIP).  The SIP is a document that guides our process of continual improvement.  The school analyzes data to determine strengths and weaknesses in the curriculum and instructional program.  Root causes of the weaknesses are determined and the school puts into place an implementation plan with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-oriented, and Time-bound)  goals.  The School Improvement Team meets on a regular basis to monitor the school's progress towards meeting our goals.  The PIP outlines the opportunities for involvement offered to parents at Allatoona.  Parent input in the development of both plans is actively sought prior to the revision process.  Any questions about the School Improvement Plan or Parent Involvement Plan can be directed to Principal Marley at teri.marley@bartow.k12.ga.us or print a copy of the School Plans Feedback form and return your completed copy to the school.
